Riders are welcomed to submit a feedback form and we will address their concerns in a timely manner. We also welcome positive feedback and always pass it along to our staff. Completed forms should be sent to info@saginaw-stars.com. Riders can also request a blank form at the customer service window on the plaza Monday-Friday 7:50AM-5PM.
