To continue providing safe, reliable, and high-quality transportation throughout Saginaw, Bay, and Midland counties, STARS Rides to Wellness is implementing updated pricing effective December 1, 2025.

What’s Changing

Updated rates now apply to all Rides to Wellness services, including:

  • Saginaw County Trips – Updated per-trip and round-trip pricing, plus revised rates for additional stops.

  • Bay & Midland County Trips – Updated rates for one-way and round-trip travel.

  • Out-of-County Trips – Revised pricing for individual and group travel to counties including Huron, Tuscola, Genesee, Shiawassee, Gratiot, and Clinton.

  • Group Trips – Adjusted hourly and half-hour rates for all counties.

Costs are going up and we need to pay our bills! These updated prices ensure we can continue offering:

  • Door-to-door assistance from highly trained, chauffeur-licensed drivers

  • A safe, accessible fleet equipped with wheelchair lifts and rider-support tools

  • Consistent, customer-focused service
