Please join us in welcoming our 2026 External Affairs Intern, Danielle Carlisi, to the STARS team! 👏

Danielle is a senior at Saginaw Valley State University studying Marketing with a minor in Professional & Technical Writing. Throughout the summer, she’ll be working alongside the External Affairs Director, Jamie Forbes, to help strengthen community engagement, share the stories behind public transit, and bring fresh ideas to our communications.

At STARS, we believe supporting students means giving them meaningful opportunities to learn while making an impact. We’re excited to invest in the next generation of communications professionals, but we’re even more excited to see Danielle’s creativity in action.
